Restarting
Most customers have a fiber box (ONT) and router. Follow the right restart order, and don't press reset.
Getting support
Use the number on your bill, in the app, or on the provider's own site. We don't list phone numbers because fake ones are a common scam.
Avoid fake support numbers. Scam ads and look-alike sites pretend to be provider support, then ask for remote access or gift-card payments. Use only the number on your bill, in the official app, or on the provider's own website.
